If you’ve ever been to a Japanese steakhouse, you’ll recognize this salad dressing. It’s simple, flavorful and healthy. It’s perfect on iceberg lettuce with a few cucumbers or you could add it to any salad. When we have a lot of extra time we’ll make this salad to go along with a hibachi style dinner. It’s definitely one of my favorites.

Instructions
- Place all ingredients except oil into a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Drizzle in oil until desired consistency, I use as little as possible. This dressing can be very healthy but if you like your dressing on the silky side, you'll need to add a bit more oil.
